    We want you to love your candles! Unused candles in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on burned candles, custom orders, or sale items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with a photo, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or refund.

  • Can I order custom candles?

    We love creating custom-scented candles tailored just for you. Whether it’s blending your favorite notes, matching a memory, or creating something unique for an event, we’re happy to help bring your idea to life. Send us a message with the scents or vibe you’re dreaming of, and we’ll work with you to design the perfect candle.

  • Do you do candle classes?

    Yes, we do! We love sharing the art of candle making. Our classes are hands-on, fun, and perfect for individuals, groups, or special events. You’ll learn the basics of candle making, choose your own scents, and take home your own finished candle. If you’re interested, let us know and we’ll share upcoming dates and booking details!
